You can return the package free of charge via a DHL ServicePoint within the reflection period of 14 days, after which you will be given 14 days to return the package. You can drop off your return at all DHL ServicePoints, DHL Lockers and DHL neighborhood points in the Netherlands. Put the items you want to return back in the packaging (with the stickers on it) and as much as possible in one box or bag. Preferably in a Wehkamp delivery box or bag, this way you help us complete your return faster. You don't have to print anything. 3. hand over your return You will receive a proof with your track & trace code. 4. your money back within 7 days After you have handed over your return, we will refund your money within a week. And if you have paid delivery costs because your order cost less than 40.-, we will also refund these to you.
