Yes, Catuals is completely soluble in water/through excretion in the litter box.

Is Catuals suitable (or unsuitable) for consumption?

No, even though the deodorizer is 100% organic, Catuals is not edible. We strongly advise against this, both for humans and animals. We do not support this use. Only use Catuals for odor control in the litter box!
